I am mum of two former Bonneygrove pupils- both of my children now attend St Mary's High school in Cheshunt.

I work full time as a dispenser for  Boots the chemist in Goffs Oak, and have been there for 8 years. Along side my full time job, I am a Broxbourne Borough Councillor.

In the 6 years as  Borough Councillor I have held different roles, I was the deputy cabinet member for housing and community for 3 years, I am a trustee for the local alms houses in Cheshunt, I am one of the mental health champions for the borough and to date I am the vice chair of the scrutiny committee. I really do enjoy giving back to my local community.

 Jodie Klein-Parent Governor

I have one daughter who is in Year 2.

I have worked in education for over 20 years as a teacher in both special needs and a mainstream setting with children aged 7-11. In my last teaching post, I worked in a large 5 form entry school in Edmonton where I was Science co-ordinator and Deputy year leader as well as a class teacher.

Since having my daughter, I haven’t returned to full time work. Currently I am volunteering one day a week leading arts and crafts activities at a day centre in Cheshunt working with clients who are elderly and / or have dementia. I find this very rewarding and enjoy giving back.

I am passionate about nature and wildlife, enjoy walking and being outdoors.
